HIPAA Document Creation and Filing
The HIPAA tab enables you to satisfy many of the requirements of HIPAA. You can store text documents or images that you are required to track. You can print documents such as consents or reviews (not supplied), have them signed, and then scan the signed form into the patients chart, where it will always be accessible.
