History
History panels are very similar to lab panels. You can define as many as you need, and each can be customized with appropriate contents.
Out of the box, VersaForm comes with three History panels: Family, Past Medical, and Social and Behavioral History. The Ob/Gyn database comes with two more: Ob and Gyn.
Other history panels that you might define could be surgeries, travel, psychiatric, or immunizations.
