The Problem-Oriented Chart
VersaForm can provide a fully problem-oriented medical record. Because the it keeps associations between problems and other data, it can at any time present the medical data in a problem oriented format.
When a new problem is recorded in a patient's chart, the encounter during which that problem was entered is automatically associated with the problem. Other data (i.e., Labs, Medications, Procedures, Allergies, and Notes) may be explicitly associated with one or more problems.
