Mark Patients Inactive when they leave the practice
If you mark a patient Inactive, he will no longer appear on your "Select a Patient Chart" list--that is, if you have "Active Only" checked.
To make the patient Inactive, just uncheck the box in the Demographics tab.
You can always retrieve the data, simply by unchecking the "Active Only" box.
