Mark Patients Inactive When They Leave the Practice
If you mark a patient Inactive, he will no longer appear on your "Select a Patient Chart" list--that is, if you have Active Only checked.
To make the patient Inactive, just uncheck the Active Chart box in the Registration | Demographics Tab.
You can always retrieve the data, simply by unchecking the Active Only box.
