Multi-Doc and Electronic Claims
We added a new system parameter in Version 3.143 to improve electronic claims in multi-doc situations.
To Use the Parameter
In each database:
- Click on the Setup button.
- Click on the System Parameters Tab.
- Type the letter M. This will take you to the first entry that starts with M.
- If you do not see "multidoc claim id separator is A", you will need to add it.
- Click on the Add button.
- Fill in the window as below.
- Click on the OK button.
