Templates and Notes
With VersaForm's EMR, the fastest way to write a note is by using a template. Think of a template as a form or an outline. VersaForm's EMR provides a good starter set of templates--you can use them immediately. You can also modify templates to suit your needs, or write your own.
When you select a template (say, Sore Throat) it appears in the note area.
The template uses drop-downs (lists of choices) to "fill in the blanks".
When you have made all the relevant choices, you're done with the note.
