Creating Your Own Templates
You can also easily create your own custom templates either "from scratch" or by combining already designed templates to form new ones. You can use templates for
- Checklists
- Forms with blanks to fill in
- Outlines of exams
- Consent forms
- Handouts
- Referrals
- Answers to requests for information
Using Components to Create Customized Templates
In the components folder are portions of the larger templates, organized in categories following the traditional SOAP format. The template components include HPI\cc, Exam, Dx, Plan, Follow Up, Meds and Prior(old) Hx.
For example, here you can find a list of all the templates describing diagnoses for Gyn, Ob, and basic primary care under "Dx."
The "Meds" folder has templates containing medication lists grouped by common conditions and by organ systems.
