The GYN Templates
The GYN templates are organized into either common Gyn conditions (e.g., post-menopausal bleeding, PMS, pre- and post-op clinic notes, etc.) or organ system-related (e.g., uterus, abdomen, cervix, etc.). Many primary care templates are also located here, listed by organ system.

Dividing templates into condition vs. organ-system makes it easier to locate a particular template. If a diagnosis is known when you are creating a note, you can choose your template from the condition list; otherwise, you can choose from the organ list.
