Printing Problem

We have recently become aware of a new problem with printing in Windows XP.

If your VersaForm is not responding after asking you to choose a printer, here is what you need to do.

  1. Go through My Computer or use Windows Explorer to go to the VersaForm folder, usually C:\VersaForm 3.0.
  2. Find the file Powerprn.dll. If your default View is Icons, it will look like this:  .
  3. Right click on the file and rename it to Powerprn0.dll.
  4. Click here and save the new Powerprn.dll to your VersaForm folder.
