Printing Problem
We have recently become aware of a new problem with printing in Windows XP.
If your VersaForm is not responding after asking you to choose a printer, here is what you need to do.
- Go through My Computer or use Windows Explorer to go to the VersaForm folder, usually C:\VersaForm 3.0.
- Find the file Powerprn.dll. If your default View is Icons, it will look like this:
. - Right click on the file and rename it to Powerprn0.dll.
- Click here and save the new Powerprn.dll to your VersaForm folder.
