Cannot Archive a Ledger

When Archiving Ledgers a ledger with no activity (no entries in the column area) does not get archived.

The archive routine tests for data in the column area and in the "Last_cr_dt" field. Manually put a date in the "Last_cr_dt" field. The date must be older than the time you want to archive (say 60 days ago). Now follow the normal steps to archive records.
