Cannot "Parse" Claims

Problem: When creating electronic claims the system gives an error that it cannot "parse" the claims.

Cause: The customer's version of the NDC (ETS) package is not compatible with version 7.xx of MD VersaForm.

Solution: Upgrade to the NDC (ETS) version that is compatible with MD VersaForm 7.xx.
