Clear Columns

Should it become necessary to remove all the transaction data from a Ledger use a procedure called "ClearCol"to remove all data from the detail lines of the Ledger or any other file with detail lines. Follow these steps:

From the Patient Ledger press <Alt+F1>

From the Ledger Procedure Menu select item #10 "Choose other VersaForm Procedures"

A "?" will appear at the bottom of the screen. Type "clearcol" and press <Enter>

All of the detail lines (transactions) will be removed from the Ledger. Press <F2> to save the changes.
