Collection Letter Not Filled In

Problem: When creating a collection letter some of the data is not being filled in correctly. The collection letters have been modified to show the practice address information.

Cause: A field in the Patient Ledger has not been filled in. Typically the "Dear" field has been left blank.

Solution: Make sure the following fields are filled in on the Patient Ledger:

Fname

Lname

Ad1

Ad2

City

St

Zip

Dear

Total_Due
