Connection Problems NDC (ETS) Problem: Modem dials NDC (ETS) number, gets answer but connection is not made. Cause: Several things can be happening - none of them the responsibility of VersaForm. Solution: Have our customer call NDC and talk to Mary Reed. The phone number is 1-800-882-0802, Ext 4702. Mary gets to work about 3:00 PM EST and stays until midnight. Notes: Be sure to tell our customer that the communications settings can be obtained by typing SETUPNDC at the DOS prompt. The tech support at NDC may need this information. Related Topics:
