DOS Edit

A "text editor" used to create files, documents, batch programming files, etc. that are stored in a format recognized by DOS. The program can be used by to modify ".txt" files used in generating form letters - such as "recall.txt". It is also useful for looking a data files that will be sent for electronic claims or VersaForm programming files. Generally accessible at the DOS prompt. Only one file can be open at a time.
