Eachform - How to use
A procedure that applies a user specified procedure that operates on one form. The procedure is then applied to each form(record) in the file. It is located on the LEDGER.VFM file and can be copied to any form created under VersaForm.
To use the procedure from the Ledger follow these steps:
Press <Alt+F1>
Select menu choice, "Choose other VersaForm Procedure" and press <Enter>
Type "eachform" and press <Enter>
You will see the folowing:
Enter the name of the procedure you want to run on each form and then press <Enter>.
The following will appear:
Enter any special paramaters associated with your procedure [in this example "last_seen"] and press <Enter>. If there are no paramagers press the <Enter> key.
Each form will apply your procedure to each record in the file.
