Install and Set-up Issues Install Failed - Data Lost - While installing an upgrade the system had a failure or crash. The data appears to be lost or we cannot get into VersaForm. Install Failed - Disk Space - While installing an upgrade the install program fails with disk space error - yet there is lots of disk space available. Moved program and lost Main Menu - Customer has moved the program to a new computer and now the MD VersaForm Main Menu does not appear on start-up. Moving VersaForm From One Computer to a Different Computer – how to move VersaForm to a new computer. Multi-Doc Install or Upgrade - Be sure "multidoc.utl" is present. Setting up a Group Practice - Customer has become a group practice and needs to set-up MD VersaForm to reflect the changes. Upgrade 3.x and 4.x to 7.x - special instrucltions for upgrading versions prior to 5.x to 7.x. Version 7 Ledger Reports Menu goes to Version 6 Menu - After installing Version 7 and selecting Patient Ledger Reports item #22 the user gets the old Version 6 Patient Ledger Reports Menu. Version 7 Memory Problems on Payment Posting - After upgrading to version 7 some customers will get a memory error when trying to post payments or process claims. Version 7 Preferences - There are several options to be selected for Preferences in MDVersaForm Version 7.0x. Version 7.10 Issues – Some issues unique to version 710 – things to be aware of.
