Invalid Name of Insured - NDC (ETS)
Problem: NDC (ETS) is rejecting with the rejection message - "Invalid Name of Insured".
Cause: This problem occurs then the name of the insured and the name of the patient is not the same for the secondary insurance policy.
Solution: Do not use "SP" in the "H2_Reln" field if "SE" is in the "H1_Reln" field.
Notes: This is an NDC (ETS) problem. The name of the patient and the insured must be the same on both policies. There is no room in their format for a different insured name on the second policy.
