Large Payments do not appear on Superbills

Payments larger than $999.99 do not appear on Superbills correctly. This happens because the information is transferred to the Claim.vfm file and there is not room for more than seven characters. A payment of $1000.00 would have to be posted as "-1000.00" which is one character too many.

The workaround is to post the payment on two or more lines so each line shows less than $999.99.
