Medicare Electronic Claim Issues

Care Plan Oversight ID - NDC - Customer needs to have the Care Plan Oversight ID appear in their electronic claims - NDS/ETS format.

HSP added to Hospital ID Codes – Medicare requires "HSP" be placed in front of ID codes for hospitals.
