MediGap Code Missing – NDC (ETS)

The code for a MediGap policy (MG) is not appearing in the ETS file.

Crossovers are handled by NDC based on information in the Insurance Plan record for the secondary carrier. On page two in the "Payor_ID" field put the "OCNA" number for the secondary carrier. On page one in the "Ins_Type_Code" put "MG". To have the "MG" code appear in the "etsclms.ets" file in the proper place put "MG" on page 4 of the patient's ledger in the field called "h2_emp".
