Monthly Reports - Changing Problem: Customer desires to remove some reports and/or add reports to the monthly report option. Cause: Customer Preference. Solution: Modify the "end_of_month reports" record in the "RptList.vfm" file. Keystrokes: From the MD VersaForm Main Menu: Select #6 - VersaForm XL Main Menu, press <Enter> Select #2 - Filing, press <Enter> Enter the path for the "rptlist.vfm" file or accept the default path and press <Enter> Type in "rptlist.vfm" and press <Enter> Press <F6> until the "end_of_month reports" record appears To remove a report form the list put the cursor on that line and press <Alt+F7>, answer "Y" to the resulting question and press <Enter> To add a report put the cursor on the bottom empty line. Type in the description of the report in the "Description" field, press <Enter> Type in the name of the report in the "Report_Name" field, press <F1> to validate. When finished press <F2> to save the record. Press <Alt+X> to exit back to the menu and then <Esc> to return to the MD VersaForm Main Menu. Weekly reports are in the "Reports" option from the MD VersaForm Main Menu and the 5th item on this menu.
