Moved program and lost Main Menu

Problem: Customer has moved the program to a new computer and now the MD VersaForm Main Menu does not appear on start-up.

Cause: The file path and working directory path is pointing to a drive that no longer exists in the network.

Solution: Remove the path statements or re-define them in Syssteup.vfs, Setup.vfs.

Keystrokes: From the VersaForm XL Menu:

Select item #2, "Filing" and press <Enter>

Accept the default path or enter the correct path and press <Enter>

Type in "Syssteup.vfs" and press <Enter>

Remove or edit the text in the "User_file_path" and "Work_file_path" fields.

Press <F2> to save the record then <Alt+X> to return to the VersaForm XL Main Menu.

Repeat the process for "Setup.vfs" and change the path indications for each user for the fields "User_file_path" and "Work_files_path".

Exit and restart VersaForm. You should be at the MD VersaForm Main Menu.

Notes: This problem will occur when the user has created a new network and has copied the VersaForm files from the old server to a new server.
