NDC (ETS) Electronic Claim Issues Cannot "Parse" Claims - When creating electronic claims the system gives an error that it cannot "parse" the claims. Care Plan Oversight ID - Customer needs to have the Care Plan Oversight ID appear in their electronic claims. [Applies to NDS/ETS format only.] Champus Claims Relationship Problems – Champus claims denied because relationship indicator is not correct. Connection problems - Modem dials NDC (ETS) number, gets answer but connection is not made. Invalid Name Of Insured - NDC (ETS) is rejecting with the rejection message - "Invalid Name of Insured". Invalid Patient Signature Indicator - NDC (ETS) is rejecting with the rejection message - "Invalid Patient Signature Indicator". Invalid Performing Physician ID - NDC (ETS) has returned the following error message - "Invalid Performing Physician ID" for a submitted claim. Invalid Provider Tax ID or Sub ID - NDC (ETS) has sent the following error message - "Invalid Provider Tax ID or Sub ID". Invalid/Missing Claim Type - Error message from NDC (ETS) says: "Invalid/Missing Claim Type - Process Locally" MediGap Code Missing – NDC 9ETS) – The code for a MediGap policy (MG) is not appearing in the ETS file. Missing Accident Indicator/Date - An error message - "Missing Accident Indicator/Date" has been received from NDC (ETS) after submitting claims. Provider Not Authorized EMC for Medicare - Error message from NDC (ETS) says - "Provider Not Authorized EMC for Medicare".
