"No claims were saved…" Problem: The system says that no claims were saved for future printing/transmission yet it looks like a claim should have been created. There is a "b" in the I1 field and the code is correct. Cause: Three possible causes - The date of service is in the future The claim counter is out of sequence. The I1, or I2, or I3, or I4 field does not have a "B" to indicate that the charge needs to be put into a claim.. Solution: Check the date to be sure it is not in the future from the system date Refer to Error Saving Claim for information on the claim number sequence. Check to see that the "B" code is placed in the appropriate field (I1 or I2 or I3 or I4) for the line item. References: Related Topics: |
