"No Space for New Form Design Error"

Problem: When trying to recover a file the system gives an error message that there is not space for a new form design.

Cause: The form we are trying to recover form has been bad record that is causing an endless loop that would take up all of the available disk space.

Solution: If possible copy the form from an identical form that has a different name (like "Ledger.tut" or "Ledger.vf6" copied into "Ledger.vfm". If this is not possible then see Correct Corrupted Form Design.

Keystrokes: From the VersaForm XL Main Menu:

Select item #1 "Form Design" and press <Enter>

From the "Form Design Menu" take #3 "Copy an Existing Form Design" and press <Enter>

The next dialog will ask about the path for the form you are copying to. If the path displayed is not correct enter the new path. Press <Enter>.

Type in the name of the new form and press <Enter>
