Out of balance procedure

To determine which ledgers are out of balance create a procedure called "Name out of balance". See How to enter procedures to create the procedure. The syntax is as follows:

This procedure will stop at the first patient ledger that is out of balance. At that time the user can press <Q> to quit and fix this ledger. The other option is to press <Enter> and the procedure will seek the next ledger that is out of balance.

The procedures is called by the "eachform" procedure.
