Raise Fees

Occasioinally the entire fee schedule needs to be adjusted for a practice. The following procedure adjusts fees upward by 12%. Change the "1.12" on line 12 below to reflect the change you want to show (1.10 for a 10% increase, .90 for a 10% decrease, etc.). This procedure is made a part of "PROC.VFM".

From the MD VersaForm Main Menu follow these steps:

Select #6 VersaForm XL Main Menu and press <Enter>

Select #8 "Enter or Change Procedures" and press <Enter>

If the path is not correct, enter the proper path for your files. Press <Enter>

When asked for a file name type in "PROC.VFM" and press <Enter>

At the blank "Procedure Instruction" screen enter the following – just the way it appears:

When done press <F2>. If there is an error when compiling, answer "N", fix the error and press <F2>

Press <Alt+X> to return to the VersaForm XL Main Menu

Select #9 and press <Enter> to return to the MD VersaForm Main Menu

Select #4 for the Installation Menu

Take item #1 "Enter or Change Procedures"

Press <Enter> to remove the informational screen and you will be at an empty Procedure record.

Press <Alt+F1> a "?" will appear the bottom of the screen. Press <Enter>

From this list pick "raise fees" and press <Enter>. All your fees will be adjusted.

When done press <Alt+X> to return to the menu system.
