Scheduler Files Returning Odd Lists

Problem: When working in the scheduler or switching to the Scheduler odd lists come up or we are denied access.

Cause: Generally a few records are damaged or placed far into the future or are years old. Another likely cause is that an empty schedule day has been saved.

Solution: Remove empty schedule days from the database and/or remove days with dates that seem far away.

Keystrokes: From the MD VersaForm Main Menu:

Select #6 - VersaForm XL Main Menu, press <Enter>

Select #2 - "Filing", press <Enter>

Accept the default directory or enter the path to the scheduler files - press <Enter>.

Type in "SCHEDULE.VFM" and press <Enter>. The schedule database form will be presented with a blank record.

Press <F4> for an index of the records.

Select any empty record and press <Enter>

Press <Alt+R> answer "Y" and press <Enter>. This will remove the record.

Press <F6> to go to the next record. Answer "Y" when asked if it is OK to go on.

Repeat this process to remove all empty records and any records that seem to be "odd" - with wrong information, dates, etc.
