Send Reports to LPT2

Follow these steps to have a report automatically print to the printer on LPT2:

From the Report Menu select item #1 "Setting up the Report"

Press <Ctrl+RightArrow>. In the Report Definition – Options screen enter the following data:

In the field "File enter an "F".

In the "Printfile name: Disk:\Path" field put a "." (a period)

In the "Printfile name: Filename" field put "lpt2" (no colon or any other key)

Press <F2>.

Whenever this report is printed it will be directed to LPT2.
